Training for wine producers
On February 13, 2021, within the frames of the “Rural economic development- New Economic opportunities” program, financed by USAID a training on “The purpose of malolactic fermentation and its impact on the production of high-quality wines” took place for small and medium-sized wine producers operating in the Republic of Armenia. The producers were introduced to the advantages of the above-mentioned technology and its impact on the quality, taste, and aroma of the wine. The project team believes that such trainings are important especially for small producers because the basis of quality wine production is one of the guarantees of the development of the sphere.
