CARD’s Board of Trustees provide strategic oversight and technical input for the organization to meet its aims and objectives to address the pressing needs of Armenian agribusinesses and rural communities, and the agriculture sector as a whole. Board members serve voluntarily and contribute knowledge and expertise from a wide range of backgrounds and institutions, including the RA Ministry of Agriculture, the private sector, and rural communities.  The diverse Board is responsible for approving CARD programs and the annual budget, annual reports and all accounts, as well as making any changes to the CARD Foundation Bylaws’ Articles.
